  The best thing in the worlds is smiles! The door man greeted us with one, the valet was very pleasant. The front desk crew took care of us very promptly. the room was neat and clean and had coffee ready to go. Loved having robes in the room. All and all it was a great night. Even though the concierge was off duty by the time my brother and i were ready to go out, they found some one on the staff who could help us with what we were looking for. We had great fun.

  This is one of the best hotels in New York, wonderful room, great location. Very spacious for New York City. The sleeping area was free of hallway and street noise. King bed with too many pillows. The bathroom was clean and amenities fine. All personal I encountered were friendly and helpful.

  I went with family and from the moment we got there it was a bad experience, we saw how that hotel room looked like a dump, and it was grungy. ...

  I went with family and from the moment we got there it was a bad experience, we saw how that hotel room looked like a dump, and it was grungy. Not only that but the ice machine was broken, the service was bad and took along time to get ice from room service I even found a hair in the bathtub. We checkout out immediately and didn't spend one night in that creepy place. We got a full refund and stayed elsewhere where it was really clean and the ambience was friendly.
